What are the methods of recovery of a debt?
It depends on your specific situation and circumstances- the debt can be recovered through pre-trial and legal proceedings.
Pre-trial recovery. We collect information about your debtor, draw and send notices, remind of payment the debts by phone. During the visits, we agree on the debt recovery schedule with your debtor, draw documents properly and mediate in signing them.
Recovery through legal proceedings. We draw an application for a court order or your legal action. We monitor the judicial process, cooperate with bailiffs for interim protection measures, enforced sale of the debtor’s assets and settlement of the debt.
