When should I apply for a debt?

If the customer fails to repay a debt to you, you should apply for its recovery as soon as payment is due.  Later on, the risk that the borrower can sell the balance of assets, to assume some additional financial liabilities and to aggravate repayment of the debt this way increases. In addition, the company can be sued in bankruptcy proceedings, and a natural person can hide from his liabilities.
