Recovery of Debts through Legal Proceedings

According to the debt submitted for recovery by you, we collect needed service documents and draw a petition for a judicial order or claim for award of the debt. We prepare the service documents and a request to the court on initiating bankruptcy proceedings if necessary.
We monitor and keep checking and informing you about judicial proceedings.
When the court passes the decision on application of interim measures, we arrange asset tracing and coordinate and assist the bailiff to seize the assets.
