Administration of Creditor’s Claims
- We prepare supporting documents guaranteeing the debt (mortgage and guarantee contracts, bills and other documents);
- We prepare contracts for assignment of creditor’s claims or offset contracts and annexes thereof;
- We prepare requests for issuance of a court order, claims and other service documents concerning awarding of debts;
- We represent legal interests of creditors before courts, arbitrations, during company bankruptcy proceedings, in relations with bailiffs, state, municipal authorities and other third parties.
